We wanted to make a herbal blend that was more interesting than the standard herbal options we found in most places, while not being too complicated. This blend of hibiscus, lemongrass and peppermint creates a delicious pink/red infusion that is at the same time tart, sweet and refreshing. This blend can be used to make a wicked iced tea in the warmer months.
Brewing Instructions: 1 teaspoon (2.5g) per cup (250ml), 3+ minutes at 100°C. This is how we like to brew it, but adjust to your own tastes!
