A flavoursome dark Oolong.
This tea, often referred to as Narcissus, is a delicious roasted Oolong that has a full-bodied taste. A light mineral start gives way to spiced notes then a soft honey and floral finish. A beautiful cup of tea that has a fair amount of flavour without being overwhelming.
Brewing Instructions: 2 teaspoons (3g) per cup (250ml), 100°C. Start with a shorter 1 minute steep and increase time with each extra steep - up to about 4 minutes. We often re-steep 5 times.
