Pai Mu Tan, or White Peony, is a beautifully smooth white tea. A classic Chinese tea, traditionally made with a bud and two leaves, is perfect for an afternoon or evening brew. Also makes a very tasty cold brew for the warmer months.
Brewing Instructions: 1 teaspoon (2.5g) per cup (250ml), 2-3 minutes at 70-80°C. Can be steeped multiple times.
